G.A. Morgan is the author of The Five Stones Trilogy (The Fog of Forgetting, Chanterelle, and Kinfolk), Undecided: Navigating Life and Learning After High School, and others. Morgan has worked as an editor, book packager, editorial consultant, and radio producer. As a child, Morgan spent her summers in Maine, and her sense of place infuses The Five Stones Trilogy, the setting of which is based on Mount Desert Island and its surrounding islands. According to Morgan, her favorite place to write is the office in the attic of her house, and her favorite characters from books are Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes) and Harriet The Spy. Morgan lives with her family in Portland, Maine.
